SUBMITTABLE - The New DGD Performance Upload Platform
Trinity has moved to a new platform for uploading DGD exams, called SUBMITTABLE.
Submittable will enable candidates enrolled in DGD exams to have a much smoother experience, uploading and submitting their exams.
Submittable will enable candidates enrolled in DGD exams to have a much smoother experience, uploading and submitting their exams.
- The “Submitter” will receive the Username and Password, which will be sent to the Submitter Email Address that has been provided. The “Submitter” can be the candidate, a parent, or the teacher. The Submitter will be the person responsible for uploading the performance.
- Logging in, the ‘Submitter’ can then upload the video and enter required details directly onto the platform – there is no longer the need for a submission form.
- Supporting Files are uploaded to the platform – there are prompts of what to upload, automatically presented relative to the Grade and Instrument.
- The submission can be saved as a draft if part-done, and returned to later. Once completed, click “Submit”.
- Once the exam is marked, the exam report is sent direct to the “Submitter Email Address”.
- If an exam is referred, an email will be sent to the “Submitter Email Address” explaining the reason for the referral and requesting the appropriate action.
